DEKRA Independent Assessment Services
Production Readiness Assessment (PRA)
Determines whether your, or your vendor's, product is ready for scale production and deployment. Includes Design readiness (software, firmware and hardware), Manufacturing readiness, Test and inspection readiness, Supply chain readiness, and Service and Support process readiness. Results are also reported in a scored Risk Matrix.
Process Predictability Assessment (PPA)
Identifies risks to your program/project. Includes Design Process predictability, Manufacturing Process predictability,Management Process predictability, Supply Chain predictability, Improvement and Problem Mitigation, Concurrent Business Activities impact & predictability, Service and Support Delivery Process predictability, and Calibration and Metrology Process predictability. Results are also reported in a scored Risk Matrix.
Supply Chain Investigation (SCI)
Assesses one or more existing or potential suppliers, either to compare the risks presented by each supplier as part ofa vendor selection process, or as part of a risk mitigation process.
Software Reliability Modeling (SRM)
Technical assessment to determine the residual defect level (how many undiscovered bugs are left unfixed) for a specific software or firmware release. DEKRA IAS provides model results using the Goel-Okumoto (Rayleigh) model and maps the resulting defect level to CMMI Maturity.
HAN/Zigbee Device Certification
Assesses compatibility of vendor or third-party manufacturer's Home Area Network device with your meter and MDM system.
NERC/CIP Compliance Assessment
Assessment of objective evidence needed to prove compliance to the NERC reliability standards and identification of critical cyber assets. DEKRA IAS also provides a gap analysis with mitigation plans and ongoing compliance monitoring.
Independent Project Assessment
DEKRA IAS project assessments provide a third-party review of project management effectiveness from testing projects all the way up to the Program Office.
